How do I return my products?

Your return shipment begins by registering your return via our return portal. Here, you can state which product(s) you would like to return to us. You will then receive an e-mail with your return shipping label and instructions for your return.

Please place the form listing which products will be returned into the delivery box, along with the products themselves. In case you have received a poly bag in your parcel, this poly bag must be used when returning your products for the return to be successfully processed by the courier. Please make sure in this case, that the box with products is placed inside of the poly bag, with the shipping label attached to the bag itself. When attaching the shipping label to the poly bag, please make sure that no other labels are covered and that all markings on the poly bag are still visible. Please do ensure that all products that are being returned meet our return conditions.

Can I return my order?

You will of course be given ample opportunity to consider your purchase. You can return your order to us free of charge using our return form. Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

  • Returns can be sent up to 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Cosmetics and underwear can only be returned if sealed and unopened. Clothing must have the price tag attached, and be unworn and unwashed.
  • Return your products in an undamaged package (preferably the original shipping box).
  • For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage.
  • Please also return the gift to us if you return the entire order. If not, we will charge the purchase amount of the gift when purchasing, with the amount to be returned.

Tip: always keep the shipping confirmation until your return has been fully processed.

The General Terms and Conditions apply to your delivered products. You are permitted to make returns using the right of withdrawal.

Do I have to return my gift as well?

Have you received a gift with your order and are you returning the entire purchase? Then we would also like you to return your gift with your return shipment. If you wish to keep this, we will deduct the purchase amount of your gift from the amount to be returned.

How quickly will I receive my money after a return?

After your return shipment has been delivered to us, we will repay the purchase amount as quickly as possible via your original payment method. It can take up to 14 days before your repayment is fully processed after receipt. If the purchase amount after this period has still not reached your account, we will be happy to help you further using your order number and shipping confirmation.

Gift card: if you have paid for your order with a gift card, we will return the purchase amount to that card. Be sure to hold onto your gift card for 30 days after placing your order. Did you pay with a gift card and another payment method? We will transfer the amount paid back to each payment method.

Post-payment: have you opted for post-payment? We will adjust your account at Klarna after processing your return. If you have already paid this, you will receive the purchase amount via Klarna.

Can I still change or cancel my return note?

Do you want to cancel your return, or do you want to return more or less than you indicated earlier? We will only process your request once we have received your products. So please don’t hesitate to request a new return form if you want to change anything. If you are not returning any items, you don’t have to do anything.

Can I also exchange the products I ordered online?

Exchanges are not possible, but you are very welcome to place a new order to get your hands on your favourite items! The products you wish to return can be returned to us free of charge by using our return form. 

Legal guarantee

Legal guarantee means that the article must do what can reasonably be expected of it. Rituals offers a 2-year legal warranty on all items. However, Rituals cannot be held liable for defects caused by the passing of the expiry date after that expiry date has passed.
